Sorry to hear about your migraine troubles. Sounds quite awful.

Re the comment on my blog the bed socks are made using 2 colours of Noro Kureyon and in case you meant the other socks they were in Regia Cotton Surf. Hope that helps :)

Oh gosh, I'm so sorry to hear the Neurologist couldn't offer more help. Pain can be so disabling, I hope the migraines begin to ease.

In answer to your question, I did begin some Welsh classes a couple of years ago when we first moved here but there weren't enough takers for the second year of that particular course. I am hoping to take it up again, I find it hard though, it's such a colloquial language and I really need to learn things the old-fashioned way with conjugated verbs and all that. I think it will be brilliant for the children to be bi-lingual, good for their brains and all that. Are you fluent in Gaelic?

our family gets migraines too--i feel your pain! its so hard keeping it all together when your head is pounding like a jackhammer, you can't open your eyes because the light is going to burn a whole through your skull, and you feel like you're going to toss your cookies everytime you move....hang in there....

Aw India - that's a real pain,literally!
Hope things get better soon. You'll just have to be incredibly chilled, avoid all triggers and not get migraines. Simple. No ?

See you tomorrow ;0)

I usually don't leave comments on random knitting sites but your migraine pain -- and reaching limited amount of meds reached to me-- so here's some ideas: I was in major migraine mode--it had taken over my life, stopped taking triptans because I was wasting them, couldn't take other meds because my stomach wouldn't take them anymore, life totally sucked... then I found relaxation yoga, Yoga works wonders for me. then acupuncture... acupuncture helps also--they make you feel like you actually have somewhere to turn to--and you can spend the money you were spending on meds on these items.. are my headaches gone completely--nope; but I feel like I have more control now. contact me any time for more info. anita.maherlewis@gmail.com
