A plea for a book....

Does anyone have an unwanted copy of Knitting Marvellous Mittens: Ethnic Designs from Russia by Charlene Schurch? I've been trying to buy it but it is now unavailable, so if you have a copy and would like to sell it please leave a comment and I'll get back to you :0)
Hopefully, India
Edit; Thanks for all your help, folks. I now have a copy winging its way yo me ;0))

I know what you mean. I totally lucked out and found one this past weekend. I hope someone can help you out. In the meantime, I'll continue to keep my eyes open for one.

I usually put my "must have but can't find" requests through Powells.com. Check out this link and you'll see that there's a single book that they know about, though, and it's not quite the same title, so I don't know of it's the right one. It's not in, but they'll notify you when one does come, if you'd like. They're really good about it - I've tracked down a couple of long out-of-print books, one that they found after about a year of waiting.

I've seen it at at least two yarn stores: try www.shuttlesspindlesandskeins.com in CO.

I also saw the book for sale at Susan's Fiber Farm, in Wisconsin. google the name and send her an email.
